Well there are some things that can rob hp from the crank to the wheels... Resistance/friction from gears, and friction from bearings/bushings are some. in a car there are so many moving parts that can rob hp that it is really difficult to accurately estimate how much hp is lost from the crank to the wheels... Maybe somebody posted dyno results to do a comparison to?

now it's most likely 230

That could very will be. The best I've seen in 196 stock on Dyno jet.
The number can very from car to car and dyno to dyno.
We can only speak to the average in a questions verses the exact of a dyno pull.
