CA emissions/smog test with catless uppipe?
Has anyone here ever tried to pass an emissions test using a catless uppipe? From what I've read it's hard to see the uppipe and thus notice if it's been replaced b/c of its position and its heatshield. I also heard the cat is mainly functioning during cold starts and that's not tested? I know that it's a pain to replace thus I was wondering if anyone has actually tried passing with one installed. Thanks, oh and I tried searching but to no avail.

I S R Proformance has passed smog without up pipe cat but they were using a M R T exhaust with cat. when you go and do smog
you will be doing it with a tail pipe sniffer only awd cars are exempt from dyno test so dont sweat it plus new cars no smog first five years
