Welcome to So Cal where everything is freakin expensive! I remember during the last home recession in the early 90's when bargains were to be had! You would be able to find 5 bdr homes in Rowland Heights for $250000! Houses aren't cheap no more.

Casey, how about a house in the barrio/little saigon! You'll be a rare commodity around here. :-P

Houses here range from 270k-300k... hey, its still OC and it beats the 909. I kid, I kid.
