Hey Stephanie, very gracious of you to pay for the park rental but are you sure you want to spend $352 just for park space? I'm sure there are other parks that won't charge for rental time. Would be a shame for you to spend that much money and have just a few of us showing. Even if 50 of us from the various clubs were to attend, how many are willing to donate the $5? Not trying to rain on the parade...just making you aware of the facts.

Thanks for your concern. I am well aware. I put a $50 deposit today on the park. And other members from all the cubs have been sending me money for this cause. I dont think $5 is too much to ask? Do you?
This is a great park, our parking spots are guartenteed, it has a BBQ , large tables, sink, and counter top. Also a lake, and sand Volleyball(if anyone is interested)
I have no problem paying more then my share for a place like this.
G-Force should I add you to the list? Can you make it?
I am also not concerned about the turnout. The responce from the clubs have been GREAT!
