it just happend in santa monica a 2 year old girl got killed
old people shouldnt be driving after 70 they should just hand over the keys

WHAT??? Was he driving a bus or something, how'd he take out 8 people... do you have a link of this? Old people SHOULD be more carefully tested of their ability to drive, and react and everything.

How many times is an old person gonna stomp on the gas, say they thought it was the brake, even after speeding over 8 people and crashing through structures
before they change the testing system? Too many people suck at driving and are a danger to us all, let alone old old people. Our drivers education sucks ***. My dad is in his seventies and still drives better than most people out there, so I can't blame all old people. But they do need to be tested for saneness, and often, before they get a "valid drivers license".
Rule 1. Only pass on the left. If you are not passing, MOVE OVER!

I can't believe the driver is released from police already with no charge
He was driving upto 70MPH on farmer's market full of people and killed 8 people...
and he is not arrested, not even a ticket.. he is free to go..
took him 2 blocks of running people over to figure out which pedal is brake? geez some people should not be driving.

To all the voters out there
Dureing the last elections, there was a bill that was trying to be passed that would have mandated yearly testing of driveing skills for anyone over the age of 75. This bill got shot down buy an overwhelming margin. You know why? Because the largest segment of the population that votes are seniors. I think that this is a WAKE THE !@#$ UP for the rest of us. If this bill had been passed, this guy would have been tested and this guy may have not had the chance to drive today. If you can't tell the difference between acceleration and deceleration and which peddal to push, I believe he shouldn't be driveing. This is just one guys opinion. What do you think?
