i got rear ended a while back. problem was it was by a "friend" following me to go get something to eat. she hit me pretty hard and i thought the damage would be alot worse. my bumber basically got scratched up at about the same place in the first pic but it also splintered off a bit. its kind of hard to tell but it does bother me. this girl was recently fired from her job too so i didn't have the heart to hold her responsible. i might post a pic later to see if ya'll think its a d.i.y. job.

what apperas to be white on the scratches is not really white. i think its dirt + flash. oh, and i know its dirty! lol

^^^ wash the car... more than once if needed..
use ORANGE powered goo gone to get the white off...
Rubbing compound (3m or equivalent...) get fine cut
rub and buff...
sometimes it can be a surface scratch...
