you can find sanwa/seimitsu parts at akihabara shop... i have 20 sanwa buttons and 2 sticks i never got around to, but we just ordered cthulu pcb's last week and im planning to mod my stick finally. most of the hori sticks are good, but some of the cheaper ones have the buttons soldered directly on the PCB itself so you have to rip the entire thing out and find a new PCB if u want to mod the buttons/stick.

 

or you can do what ed do... just find a good enclosure and get the parts.

 

i like trial mode but i'm stuck on viper normal #3 , hk -> super. i can't the 2 qcf out before the first kid on the controller -_-

 

i have an old hori stick at home i plan to use as a base..

getting my copy tomorrow hopefully

I like the controller, its easier to pull out the focus attacks and ultra combos


for the PS3 i configure it as:

square = jab
triangle = 3 punch (comes out as a fierce attack)
"X" = short
circle = 3 kick (comes out as a roundhouse)
L1 = Focus attack (strong + forward)
L2 = throw (jab +short)
R1 = strong
R2 = forward
