if you have a wii, i strongly you suggest you get that game. Playing with the wii mote may be crude and lack of skill, but if you get the classic controller or a cube controller, the gameplay is very technical.
The graphics and movement are fast and very similar the SF4 just with MVC play dynamics.

I played with Charles and Morris yesterday. I think I went 7 & 12 against them.
I was still experimenting with the newer characters.
The game is good, frames are very important along with timing your focus counters. The EX super cancels are awesome, the game is a good blend between sf3 and sfEX. HD remix got me back in the groove and made jumping into sf4 easier. There is a ranking system online based on your battle points. I got up to 4000 something then got pummeled when I messed with my search engine settings (was always looking for higher ranked players).
I spent an hour trying to beat the game on hard with Chun Li, I was about to throw my PS3 out the window because she sucks. She has very like offense. She no longer has a good air counter so a good player will have to rely on the focus attack counters.
Fei Long, Sagat, C.Viper, are good on offensive. Abel, Zangief are great on defense. I still haven't found a character who has the right balance yet.

srsly, what is the deal with her senretsukyaku now? It used to go through fireballs, but it failed every time I tried against the cpu. She was always a poker to me though, combos with her weren't really much part of my game. I do like her ultra though, nice reach and DOES go through fireballs, but by the time I usually have that option available she's down to half health

I'm all about Guile too when HD remix came out, awesome tech traps. In SF4, its hard to play him old school ways, One thing I was practicing with Guile last night was a the focus counter to a flash kick whenever an opponent will jump attack me. I pulled it off a couple of times but no where near consistent. Also Guile is utter fail at defending cross up combos.
The one thing I do miss is the parry or turtling technique. If Guile had this or for any other matter all the other characters, the game play would be uber defense oriented rather than the traditional jump attack combo stuff we've been seeing.

Killed some time with the FPS games like COD and Resistance. You should read up on our PS3 Media thread, it's pretty dope the things that we can do with it.
