hows the power gain? bellmouth? will it fit an hks exhaust? let me know interested!

When i put it on I did a bunch of other stuff at the same time so it is hard to tell you what the power difference is. No, it is not a bellmouth. Yes, it will fit up with your HKS exhaust.
