Who here likes Outback?

The worst joint in my book is Subway. The bread tastes like cardboard and the service is the suck!
There is one woman (lets just say she doesn't speak English very well) who works there whenever we go to Subway. We go there because the girlfriend seems to like it and requests to eat there, I compromise. Anyway, I try to order one of the new Bacon Chicken Ranch sandwiches and she starts asking me what kind of bread I want it on. Well I said "give me whatever it comes on" she says "look, I don't know what comes on it why don't you look on the sign and help me" (in a really bad broken English accent).
Anyway, I will spare the complete story but my point is if you have a "specialty sandwich" on the menu why are you going to ask me what kind of meat I want, what bread, and what I want on it? If I wanted to make my own sandwich I would have told you what I wanted. All I wanted was the good looking sandwich in the picture that is a new "specialty sandwich" is that too hard? You go to Quiznos and order a sandwich and they might ask you if you want it on the bread it comes on or something else and they might ask if you want everything that comes on it (and after asking "well, what comes on it" they could ACTUALLY TELL YOU!).
Subways is teh SUCK. I don't care how much Gerald whatever his name is lost there I hate having to walk in there!

But we do have quite a few good restaurants. Let us know what kind of food you like and you'll have a 10 page list.
Some of my personal favorites:
Z Grille
Enotria's
Cattlemen's
Cliffhouse
Granito's
and of course the quarterly Subaru meet spot: Mark & Monica's in Granite Bay!!! (stumbling distance from my house )

outback was good for about a year when they opened up in sac. don't even try the takeaway menu unless you like your food prepared incorrectly and don't want everything you ordered.
cattlemen's is one of the best steakhouses i've ever been to. it's a close second to morton's in downtown.
