lol oh identity theft is very much real,

i'm a personal banker. i get that crap all the time

just for future information, if a bank says they cant do something....they are lying they can....and ur most likely talking to a guy.

seriously if u call and its a guy...hang up. call again until u get a lady. and vise versa. Your always more inclined to assist the opposit sex.

if u guys ever need a cool bank, or have shady bank questions, hit me up.

there is one right across from the arden fair mall.

I think there's a Tri Counties in the Bel Air next to my house.

I has BofA and love them. Haven't ever had any issues. Wells Fargo can DIAF.

I worked for Wells Fargo for three years and I now work for CitiBank and there is a BIG differnce between these two banks. Wells Fargo is a FEE based bank and Citibank is not. So if a customer comes in and complains about a fee, if they ever get one, we reverse it. At Wells your now gonna get s*** back. They dont care. They already have enough customers so you dont mean s*** to them.

I've never had a problem getting my bank to reverse a charge.

But I usually go in to a branch and use my undeniable charm and wit to get a female branch manager to reverse them.

I also wink a lot.

i have heritage ccu and golden 1. never had a problem with either one, never get hit with fee's.

in fact, heritage hooked me up with like 5.5% apr on a used auto loan when we bought out our 4 runner. damn good rate for a used car.
