I bought one of the 26" Dell LCD TV's with HD it rocks! It has 3 HD plug-ins and a VGA plug in for laptops or desktops. I would recommend either that one or the 30" inch model!

I am going to totally disregard all of your prerequisites and say:

Sony 70" XBR Grand Wega rear projection HDTV

http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTE...n&Dept=tvvideo

You really can't appreciate 70" until you see it in person.

I'm a huge sony fan but I can't stand the fact that their HD models don't have the greatest resolution.

70" goes a long way to making me not care about resolution or true blacks.

Pshhht, ameture.

It's the quality, not the size, that counts.

Now where have I heard that before...

I really don't care for projection screens, especially ones from Sony. I just don't like the small viewing angles, and dim screen in a brightly lit room.

But yes, I am a home theater snob. So there

You could always steal one of these from the Samsung labs: http://times.hankooki.com/lpage/2004...6225410440.htm

The 80" model should be going on sale in May, for a cool $45,000. Yeah, buddy! That's 1.5 WRX's!

If you haven't seen the 70" in person, then you can't talk. :rotfl:
