I like the Autospeed stuff, I've had the Evo2 on a previous car, it was O.K. in my opinion, excellent construction quality though.

plus not to mention when you get bored, you can shoot two grapefruits out your exhaust!

exactly. And not just one, but two

In all honesty, looks comes in distant last for me when choosing an exhaust. I got a killer price (with a resonator already in) and after hearing the sound clip, it was the best out there at the time. It still borders on the big side for me, but I live with it. With all the choices out there right now, I personally love the Prodrive tips, but its only an axel back. Looks wise they fit the car so much better.

Not really, how would a single-tip exhaust with a JDM-length midpipe designed for a BE help his BL?

the sound of the exhaust is what is most important to me (as long as it is not ricey) and the look of it doesn't really matter. There are quite a few exhausts out now for the legacy But I narrowed it down to these three because I love the sounds.... maybe I'll just take the mufflers off mine...cheaper...

you say that now. just wait till you have twin 85" tips, and have to look at them on your car everyday. plus, with the stuff you did under the hood, you wouldnt want to have to take a trip to the ref because you got pulled over for your ricer looking exhaust.

I betcha he could easily pass a smog tech inspect, especially if he brought it to a tech that doesn't really know subaru's... "The STi TMIC is stock on Legacy GT's WTF are you talking about"... He def would pass the sniffer, if tuned right

thing is, the bigger tips kinda contradict what you are trying to save with a quiet exhaust, some cops even if the exhaust makes ZERO noise, if they see a tip like that sticking out the back of a car, they are going to pull them over for to loud of an exhaust regardless... sucks but I have seen it happen

All the more reason for the Autospeed stuff, I LOVE their sound, akin to the B&B turboback. To bad Invidia doesn't make LGT exhausts I love their quality.
