For fun - Something with a goofy engine swap. Like an ITR-powered Mini. Or 20b in a Miata. Or an SR20DET Civic.

For the weekend track car - Radical SR8 if I felt like killing myself. Very far from stock STi would be most likely. Ford GT if I wanted to shortcut the mod list.

For the daily driver I'd go through like 12 cars before I settled on one. Maybe supercharged M3?

For the gf/wife - Whatever she wanted. But if that were an SUV and/or Mercedes, it comes with a divorce settlement.

The showoff-mobile - Aston Martin DB7. Coolest car ever.

For Winter - Forester XT. With a lot of STi bits.

And whoever posted originally forgot to mention the tow rig. Maybe a Titan, probably a Chevy duramax 4x4.
