Yes. The whole BOV bashing camp is only for people who don't know this and get tired of n00bs thinking a BOV on an otherwise stock car will make the car better.

Blow off valves or bypass valves that vent some or all of the premetered air are fine. It's something that is cool that is not cool that really is cool.

Should fit, and the pipping is a little more then a catback, make an offer. I'm at work so I can't look up how much the invidia t-back exhaust goes for normally. I think 1,000 bucks, but I don't have the down pipe anymore, so normal would be my guess around 800 brand new.
