Yes but because it happened not to long ago it may take a while to trickle down to the consumers. What might happen is

1. They'll charge you the early term fee.
2. Send you a reimbursement check in the mail later this year or next.


or they just file for BK and pay no one.

i doubt they can still charge fees, however them reimbursing people is probably never going to happen

Let me know how this goes. If they don't charge you fee's then maybe I might have to look at revisit my company's sprint account.
