Sprint is known to get mad, but only if you do excessive transfers.
Some people got a setup like yours, cancelled their internet service at home and tried to use the Sprint data plan (since its "unlimited"). Well, they ended up getting cancelled due to abusing the unlimited plan or whatever. I think it was based on them transfering over 5gb in a month or something.
