thanks for the motorcycle shop hint. For a long time the only cycle shop around here was an hour away in santa cruz, but one just recently opened up a block from where I usually get gas. I'll have to remember to check them out for next time (they also have a motorcycle dyno that would be cool to check out.

On a completely unrelated note, its time to go poop well on the clock

Well on my note....I HATE USPS and the people that use it! It's not that much cheaper usually and it takes way too long. It's been 3 days to ge a package from Lathrop to Fairfield and I've yet to see it. And their tracker on the website sucks too since its never updated and is never accurate

LOL, if I dont get a shipping confirmation email by the time I get off work tomorrow I'll be hitting up the new motocycle shop. I wish we had a local Suby shop...even one in gilroy or Watsonville would work! There's just not enough of a customer base I guess. Actually, I think there's a race shop that does subaru mazda and jags that might still be around

our mail lady won't get out of her car. If she needs a signature she'll honk until you come out to see who the **** is honking. And one time I saw her coming when I was finishing walking the dog and she pulls up and hands me the mail and asks me to put it in the box!!! She didn't even know I lived there and still handed me everything! I would complain but "when you contol the mail, you control...informaaaation" -Newman

If they start to make stereos that can incorporate the iPhone (so that you can answer calls while its docked like that, and maybe has an external microphone like the old school car phones and uses speakers for the sound output) I'll do a setup like that

Dude, my buddy bought a 335xi and its all integrated with bluetooth for the handsfree stuff (built in microphone and stuff) and if you want to hook it up, it has a USB port in the armrest that you can play music with. Due to the nature of the iPhone, it pauses the music when a call comes in, and the call comes in over the bluetooth cabin magic-ma-bob.

meh...im not too big on the iphone. It's neat and all...but I much prefer a windows based enviroment where I have alot of choices in programs I can add, use expandable memory if need be and will. I don't like the issue of no keypad that has buttons. And of course the price tag...I CAN afford it...but don't want to spend $300-500 on the iPhone. Before you mention price about the 700W/WX I spent $75 on mine and will be getting a 4gb SD card that I can swap in and out and use on more than just my phone

I found the name of the subaru race shop I was talking about early, read through their website, emailed them, and added them to my address book in a matter of minutes on my iphone...and saw their location on the map
