who says i plan on getting married in this ****ty state? and pre-nups are airtight as long as you can prove both parties signed it freely... ****ty prenup = lose your stuff, good pre-nup = only pay alimony

Minors cannot enter into contracts, which nullifies the pre-nup all by itself had she not been of age.

sure they can, just not without a parent or guardian. I had a credit card at 14, but it was co-signed by my mom. lesson here: have a daughter, marry her off to a rich guy at 17, and make her sign the pre-nup solo.

It wasn't really your credit card. It was your mom's and the issuers gave you permission to use it essentially. But the daughter part is a good call.
