You could do inverted military press, where you do a handstand in the corner, and do pushups like that. Hrmm, there are all sorts of ways to improvise without a gym, granted, it isn't quite as good....

 

you obviously havent seen me if you suggested doing a handstand and doign pushups...... LOL. naw, my shoulders start hurtin way before i can gte my pecks to start burnin. oh well, ill still do them and go for a run.

 

Why don't you just get a 24 Fitness or some gym membership?

I feel ya, sorta. I have about 4 - 5 hours of work to do by tomorrow morning at 8am, ~12 hours from now. So with procrasination, distractions, etc, that's about 7 hours of work.

 

Here is how my day went...

Well first I was talking to my buddy who can get me a hook up on Rota's last night, and lets just say he threw up a deal I COULDN'T give up, not a chance in hell...



So first I drive to hayward... and head to

Then after that I drive to Fremont, which is only a couple of miles farther down the freeway and visit...





Then next thing I know I drive home, and What does Kat find...?
