So found the owners today
The day we ask the landlord, and he says we can keep him, the day we go out and buy name tags, collor, leash, ect...
The owners live down the street from us... NEVER THOUGHT to check out the LOST DOG sign and the end of the street
Never thought to check the "Lost and Found" on craigslist..
But they did post this

HELP!!!!! Please if anyone has seen a small 3 1/2 month old fawn colored with white markings, red nose male pit bull puppy in this area, please reply to this posting. He has been gone since 6/3 in the afternoon. He is very loved by his family and he is dearly missed. His name is peanut. He has one BLUE eye and one GREEN eye. He has big paws for a 3 1/2 month old pup! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE If anyone has any info or has seen him in this area please contact me. The picture is recent of him! WE MISS HIM!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Well, it's kind of good I guess. Dog is going back home. Think of it this way, If it wasn't for u, the dog probably would still be lost. There are still alot of other dogs that need a good home out there and are up for adoption. I'm tryin to talk my GF into adopting another pit, but she thinks it might be too much to take on right now. U did a good thing bro. Stupidchicken FTW

All pitbull have big paws for their size at that age haha, its cute when they run around cuz they're hella clumsy. Too bad for you for making the effort but at least you reunited him with his owners. Just imagine if you were in their shoes you'd want the same. Lets just hope their owners take good care of them.

zomg!!!! the owners came to us today and long story short.. they were goin to give him up to the pound... but remembered about us first... we now own the dog again!!! whoot!
