G'morning. *yawns*

That first post reminds me of the BS penmanship rules in first grade. Nevermind the fact that my writing was the most legible, I still got a "C" because I never was able to learn how to hold my pencil correctly. Damn **** nun.

Time for some oatmeal & coffee.

Damn you go hella late. I can't do that since I get up at 4am so I just do it right after work. I started a new workout plan and I can definently fee the difference. It's in the new issue of muscle & fitness and you basically have 5 explosive reps, 5 very slow reps, then 5 at normal pace. You're supposed to basically do 15 reps and bring yourself almost to muscle failure basically shocking your muscles and stimulating growth. So far I like it quite a bit and plan to follow through on it for the next 4 weeks. You're supposed to only do it for 4 weeks so you don't overtrain your muscles.

I always work out to the point of failure, last time i did biceps i couldn't even curl 15 lbs lol... I went late yesterday because I was busy all day and that was the only time I could go, and I wasn't about to flake on a day...

Westbound I-80 from Davis to Fairfield was actually smoother-running than usual.
