is it bad when you are making a u-turn and the right front fender liner gets ripped off the car????

not to mention the embarresment factor when you have to park and run out into the intersection to pick up the huge hunk of plastic that was blocking the intersection, hahaha.

You have to take the classes for my position to understand how to do your job, I use Chemistry, Geology, and Physics on a daily basis. I've worked in Geotech, where we hire field techs, basically anybody walking the street can do it, but just because you start at the bottom doesn't mean you get to go up. If a field tech wanted to become anything more than that, they'd have to go to school to understand geology. Realworld experience doesn't get you anywhere in my job, you need the knowledge from the classes you take at school.
I'd imagine most science fields are that way. And I certainly wouldn't want a guy with "lots of experience" designing a building if he didn't have the proper education. In IT, however, you really can get by easily without a degree, but you have to have the basic understanding of things and how they work, and you have to be able to learn fast. Stuff is always changing and you have to be able to keep up . I don't want to be in IT forever though, unless you're a developer/engineer you won't make real big money, you have to get in to management.

Plus a gigantic *****. Which of those two things are the rest of us likely to gain that will help us in our chosen career fields?

I was trying to look up a good quote of his, and found that it was a BA in Theater and an MA in Special Education. What a ***.

Anyway, I can't remember what the exact quote was, but it was something like 'I was trying to become a teacher until I realized that I could suck my own *****. From then on, I realized I should do ****'
