haven't you ever played "need for speed: underground"? aftermarket tails are worth like +10 street cred, about as much as an engine swap without the cost.

I wasnt arguing the legality i was arguing the safety... lights dont really get much dimmer if they're tinted right, i think aftermarket tails are more dangerous that tinted stockers personally cause a lot of the time they're like 50% as bright.

if you put a film over the tails it makes them incredibly dimmer... to the point where at night time it looks like two little bulbs when your normal driving lights are on... T/A's brake lights are still super bright when you press them, so they make up for the fact that they are tinted by just making the light brighter. I think jeremy never got into trouble with it, because his was a spray on tint. It probably hardly blocked the light at all

Not to mention TA's aren't really tinted... it's just a mesh looking thing that goes over the entire taillight

was this with your moonlights on or off??

but like i said.. Jeremy used spray, not the GTO film things you can buy. My friend with a maro had the GTO films that you buy, he had to use his highbeams at night to be able to see what his regular low beams could do without tint

i used to have the GTO covers on my old car, they were ****, not only was it almost impossible to see out of, they fell off all the time.
