For a while, and I think this was in NorCal, there was some lawyer who just went around finding ADA violations and suing anyone and everyone he could. Basically anyone can sue for these and get paid. It's ****ing retarded.

Yeah, that guy is the reason I hate the ADA so much. He's totally abusing it and everybody's afraid to do anything about it for fear of being labeled discriminatory. He's not even handicapped, his daughter is... but you'll spot him parking in HC spots even when he's not with her. *******.
