Remote Desktop > Me... for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it to work...

I don't even have the option on my desktop where it allows users to access it when you go to: My Computer -> Properties -> Remote... Only check mark I have is Allow this computer to send invitations, blah blah blah... how do I get the other box?

 

I don't know how to hope onto something, but I'm gunna try my hardest!!
