It might if it was in the US. That'd be a Toyota Celsior with a full Junction Produce kit
The hood emblem is not a Mercedes tri-point; many Japanese models actually have their own grill badges specific to that vehicle or trim level as opposed to a more corporate identity; in this case, Junction Produce as well as some of the other high-end VIP-oriented shops market kits, hood ornaments, interior accomodations like seat trays, dashboard shelves, etc.
That Nissan President is a mix of the VIP and bozo styles, which is the new thing in VIP tuning; bosozoku influences blinged up. Old bosozoku (biker gang) style is like the cars I took pictures of near Motegi, with the massive wings, exhausts coming through the hood, etc.

That was part of my warm start problem. When the fuel pump would hit 100% duty cycle (does this during starting) the fuel rail would tweak a little and the tore up seal would leak. New rails=no tweaking. Now I have to change my oil.
