are cops really this ****ing strict in CA cause thats pathetic. I wanted to move out their but I have no clue what I would do with my car when I got their.

It's not the cops. It's the laws.
Plus there's a bazillion 'tuner cars' buzzing around. Just stay below the radar and you will be fine.

wish i knew what the laws were before i make the move out their so i can stay beneath the radar . hey if anyone can help me out in that dept please do
