Snowing in Roseville

Ok, across from my office they recently finished a large fountain a few months ago. Well, over the holiday break, the fountain was hit with soap to sud it up. Over the 2 week period, the fountain was hit a good 8 times. Well, their building management was getting pretty quick and has it cleaned up before 8 am. Well, a co-worker saw an older black car pull up open the trunk, passenger got out, opened a bottle of something, then dropped the bottle in the fountain. Unfortunatly, my co-worker doesn't know cars at all and they think that every little car is a honda....

anyways, its been a few weeks and it was hit again this morning. it made the other times look like nothing happened... they found the good stuff. It was everywhere and continued to sud up...

Interesting. It pisses me off when people soap fountains like that. It costs money to clean up and the poor janitor gets ****ed. Plus, it's a ***** way to prank someone. Pulling a prank on people that didn't do anything to you is weak.

sorry.

Cool pics though, and good job on getting them

You'd think the groundskeepers would figure out that if they turn off the fountain as soon as they see suds, they could clean it easier.

I,RYAK.

Pranks are only funny when 1) you're there to see the people you pranked and 2) they deserve it (or it's the kind of prank that has no harm/no foul, then it can be any random person).
