hey i just got mine smogged last month. Im in citrus heights, a lil further than Roseville but the place i went to was only $48 i think (i can find out for sure and get the number if you like) Its at Van Maren and Auburn Blvd. Older guy, really nice and i was the first wrx in his shop...just asked me a lot of questions about the car

I went to the Folsom Smog Check Only place on Natoma last week. 10 minutes and $48 later (including the certificate) I was done. There's a coupon online somewhere to get that price (something like 20% off).

I think they will also give you one free test if you fail this one. Go Folsom!!
