Shell>chevron
I normally use chevron or Costco gas but I recently filled up twice on shell gas and it made a significant difference in power delivery. I was always under the impression that chevron and Costco gas was the better way to go but I'm convinced shell is definitely better. At least for the Tahoe/Reno area. Either that or the gas pumps are switching to the summer mix.

I get the most out of shell but Costco comes in at a close second for me as fast as mpg goes
Shell 437 miles on 12 gallons (36.4mpg)
Costco 407 on 12 gallons (33.9mpg) but I could have also driven harder on the Costco gas
But hell I can't complain with how good my gas mileage is haha

got to remember with Costco, one week you might be buying surplus from a refinery that supplies Chevron, then the next its the local AstroMart at the end of the block that cannot guarantee if there is water in the gas or not.
