Cheap price and Quality work are mutually exclusive of each other.
If you want quality, go to American Industrial Coatings, which is located in the Fair Oaks/Carmichael area or Powder Craft in Rocklin.
Be warned, however, if you go to Powder Craft, you will not be able to afford the extreme high quality of their work and will most likely be offened by the owner, who's a salty old biker type.
If you want cheap price, rattle bomb it.
