Sat in a Tribeca today

They look very nice from the drivers seat. The gauges are awesome, DVD, stereo, everything is right where it needs to be and looks amazing.

3rd row seating has literally no leg room. Almost useless. I think the 3rd row is supposed to fold flat, and if it does I could imagine doing that and only really pulling out the 3rd row when absolutely necessary.

I like the nose, but I know I'm in the minority here.

'Course, until I get a soccer mom and some soccer players, I have no desire to actually buy the vehicle, but it is always fun to look at new Subarus.

I dislike the Tribeca in pictures, but I really like it in person.

Its on the low end, but its standard for those crossover things.

I stopped by AutoWest the other day, asked for Eric, but he wasn't there so I talked to Jerry in internet sales, nice guy. Anyways, they do look MUCH better in person, and inside they are really luxerious. If I were going for an SUV I'd consider a Tribeca...too bad they don't have a turboed manual transmission version.

Just wait till next year

Or, just buy the twin turbo H6 6MT Legacy STi that should have the same motor.

I tried to talk him into a Legacy, but no luck. He doesn't want a car.
