Haven't decided yet - will see what's going on. Requires pre-reg, and I feel funny registering the STi for a Euro event (though noone has ever been anything less than conversational about my little beastie). Might roll out and be social, but getting over to Rocklin from Rancho on a Friday night is a trainwreck.

What are you driving? The only jellybean reference I know is a MK4 golf. Which black Cobra?

You'll need to be a registered member on the EuroSunday site, and this particular event has a limit of 50 cars; I'd rather see spaces reserved for funky old Euro metal (I asked them if they were sure they wanted to park me up front at the Benz dealership, lol), but go for it

Speaking personally, I've seen a few Sunday morning events where other import clubs "roll deep", and while the ES organizer and participants are awesome and have even afforded them prime group parking, it's kinda sad when a bunch of show-car G35's or whatever park up in the middle of vintage Citroens, Porsches, Jags, Maseratis and Ferraris and strut around like they own the place The Scooby community is better than that (and actually has a lot of crossover), but the bad taste in my mouth stuck.

Well im taking a Toyota to the event, lol ( and there will be other Japanese cars there from what i hear). I know the drive to Rocklin from Rancho is a pain in the a**.

I did not take the "Jellybean" to yesterdays ES, I took a different car. Oddly enough my car is an "MK4".. but its only a Supra, not a VW .

The black Cobra you are talking about was parked in the service area IIRC (right next to a blue Cobra). Although there was another black one in the 2nd row, next to a Camaro as well, lol. The one i was parked next to had dual white stripes and chrome pipes

i was behind a WRB 06/07 wrx with a sti wing and what seemed to be a gutted OEM exhaust, getting on 80 east on elm rd in auburn
