saw a 05 wrb sti with no wings, black wheels, and blue nuts in downtown(4th & N) garage. i think is a female driver !!!

i R saw a wrb bugeye with dark rims on waterman and eg blvd a little before 7 pm last night, ryball? i gave peace but it was dark as hell
