Time: around 11:45pm
Locations: Spotted at Blue Ravine/natomas until turned right off of Green Valley road.
He was with an Black 06 Mustang (that sounded great)

When I saw you coming up from behind me, I assumed you were driving an STi since you had the larger hood scoop. I was expecting to see the wing to confirm when you drove by, but when I saw that wasn't there, I saw the badge and gold wheels (didn't see far enough for the calipers). I can see how others might be confused without the wing.
