I figured out who the Blue STi that I keep seeing on J st near Streets of London is.
It's the guy that stopped by Egan's for the rape the cheese party. I guess he either works or lives in Midtown.

HHAHAHAAA....i just laugh cuz all my homies down in SoCal are always talking about meeting at Boba and how hawt the girls are that work there...blah, blah, bla...just another SoCal regional thing...like "the 405" and "dog" this and "dog" that...and everything else trendy in SoCal...
i just find it funny...i haven't used "hella" since highschool (and yes we got clowned by some chicks in SD for using it...that's about the time i realized i used it and stopped).

there's another blue STi that parks on L street quite a bit. he has the top of the wing off and those caps on the bottom.

Just to get this thread back on-topic... Spotted an 04+ WRB WRX at 6:45 AM on North Bound Prairie City Road and the Hwy 50 overpass. You had a triple gauge pod on the pillar and an aftermarket exhaust.
