My biggest pet peeve in the office...
People using the reply to ALL function rather than the REPLY button. I just got like 150 emails outta no where!!!Last time I replied to everyone saying "Thank you for making sure my spam filter isn't properly working." Only a couple of nerdy guys got it.

random stuff too.
my inbox is constantly full.
if i don't have at least 5 emails every time thunderbird downloads the most recent messages i wonder if the internet connection is down.
and TB is set to check every 10 mins.

yup...i have a few that sort the emails from certain people or certain headings and they all automatically go into the appropriate folders. make a world of dif ion my inbox.
we have efax here too so everything that comes to our dept i get a copy of, so those all dump into a folder.
