I live of truxel and never been pulled over, although i do see tons of cops here, i raced plenty of times on my older car (civic) and without registration licence plates, cops were behind me but for some reason i didnt get pulled over. not even 1ce

i almost shat in my pants this morning. I pulled up at the stoplight and 2 motorcycle cops pulled up next to me and another cop car pulled up behind me 
Luckily i didnt get pulled over for my exhaust

I just moved to Sacramento, from NY....Very different here. Anyways been here for 5 weeks and never got pulled over, I spend alot of time on Truxel Road and always see police there. I seen some dude burning out on a black civic and there was a cop across the street, the dude didnt get pulled over, the cop either didnt see him or was a fan of street racing....but i hurd roseville cops are the gayest...am i correct?
