Why are you putting weed in your garbage disposal?

came with it. when it was dyno'ed stock, there was a nasty hole in my fuel map.

in all seriousness, the area the 04 STis were reporting ping my 05 had a huge dip in the powerband.

I was only able to run a 13.6 stock.

sticky wastegate actuator

you should get a vaccum pump and make sure it pops open at the correct PSI a few times.

Well, I'll have to look into testing the EWG. I guess it's wrong to assume that a new car would have nothing physically wrong with it. I think I'll give it another couple weeks of trying new gas stations and then take it to the dealer and have them test the EWG. I know they have to have one of those pressure testers. I'll ask them to look at that specifically.

The Maita dealership is closest. Anyone find that one service department in Sac is better than the others?

They have a wastegate controlled by a wastegate actuator that does run off pressure though right?
