Congrats on your first mod.

I wasn't suprised that your first mod was a BOV.

Could have gotten a used dp for the price.

I won't go back anytime soon. It was nice, but now that I have been there I don't have an urge to return. I think Carver's in Roseville is of a similar quality, but much easier on the wallet.
You went to the roseville one, didnt you? That is the reason why it sucked.

Ruth's Chris only project a $4.6 million in the first year at the Roseville store, the Pavillions was projected out at $5.8 mill. The Pavillions has a much better wine selection, geared more towards the upper class clients they expect there, and a pretty kick *** bar too. I have been to both and Roseville sucks, but Roseville sucks in general...........

My personal favs are the onion rings and that kick *** spicey sauce that somes with it. Also make sure to order your meat with no butter, they slap a pad of butter on it right before they bring it out so it "sizzles" when you get it, but I think it takes away from the true flavor.

The one sad thing is that the dumb chicks up front make $4/hr more then the cooks do. Figure that one out.
