First of all, I'd like to reply to this post and state that I didn't have any intention on it being a hate thread towards DBTuned, I may have expressed my feelings a little too harsh, whined, and maybe even cry about it, but point is I've had a rough end of year and to have my car at a shop then having theives steal my exhaust from the shop parking lot just made matter worst for me starting off the new year.

That being said, I'd like to personally apologize to Paul @ DBTuned for claiming that my McGuard Lock Nuts were on my car. After posting this thread last night, I went into my garage and checked/searched for my McGuard Lock Nuts......well what do you know.... There they were... don't I feel like a RETARD now.. "Paul, I do apologize for claiming my McGuard lock nuts were on my car and no intentions on this thread being a hate, Your shop is well ran, an owner with a slight potty mouth but is devoted to his customers needs and although my experience with you hasn't been so pleasent you have provided great service. I'll be driving out there tomorrow to return your set of locks."

-Cobb CBE > HKS Carbon TI
-Free STI lugnuts GIVEN (as if I was Paul's cool buddy FOR FREE) > his lugnuts (which Paul kept obviously in a bag and some were oem...) someone here is lying...
-Paying zero > paying any...

You're right, I'd be stupid PO'ed about stuff stolen from my car, but that is NOT the shops fault, it's the thieves fault. The shop also had things stolen from him... so if you look at this in his situation...

He gave you a few items for free... WHILE getting stolen from. Imagine if you currently had stuff stolen off your car... which you did, AND you decided to give someone else who had stuff stolen a catback AND free lugnuts?

Yea, Paul definitely showed why he's THE premier Vendor in Sac...

As for the people who stole something from his place... I have only one guess Paul, I think you know who might have done it already =). (Hint: stole rims before).

Whoot right on!

People do things they normally wouldnt do when upset, but it takes a real person to admit when they were wrong and apologize later on.

Hope all works out well with your car.

Talking

thank god I read this bulletin prior to getting my work done this morning....I watched paul the entire time he was working but a during a brief moment I ended up getting a phone call, therefore went into the office to talk.....When i came back, i too had my lug nuts missing.....after questioning paul and asking him to tell me where the hell they were, all he did was mumble, and never really answered. After about 5minutes of hard persuasion, it ended up that my nuts were in his mouth no worries he did end up putting them back on the car

Sounds like Paul hooked you up man. I've dealt with paul and spent allot money at his shop, and he has never been anything but honest and helped me out and worked with me the whole way. He's a real good guy to deal with.
