Losing control on dry road? Thats hard to do IMO unless youre on bald 195's or something.
Even on a pitch black road, i think you would be able to slow to a safe speed of 25mph from 65 in 50 feet or so.
And you people are crazy saying "let them follow you home" Didn't playing Driver on PS1 teach you to lose the tail? lol. There is nothing like a POS+grudge with nothing better to do knowing where you (and your family) live.
