FORESTHILL, Calif. - -- An unstable hillside is slowing cleanup work following a mudslide along a Placer County road, officials said.
Mud and debris covered a stretch of Mosquito Ridge Road near Forest Hill around 5 p.m. Sunday.
Work crews said it may be days before the road is cleared. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
Last week, another landslide temporarily closed Ophir Road near Auburn.

I would not recommend this... There is trees over there that just jump out in the middle of the road when you are driving on un-safe conditions....

Well if that is the case... maybe I can sue Subaru, and get a refund for the tree damage?!

speaking of rock slides, I was driving down the middle of 80 today around raley blvd and there were huge boulders in the road! Myself and several other cars were swerving all over the road just to avoid them.
