yes...i know this.

January, I took my lil bro to go get video games for his birthday. (mind you....by no freaking means do i look under 18) they carded me, for Teen and Mature rated games. the whole time my lil brother was carrying them through the store and having the guy unlock the cabinet for him to pick the games.

Flash forward.... I'm about to pay for them, the kid asks for my ID. BEFORE I EVEN GIVE HIM THE CASH. I was like... OMFGWTF??!?!! He goes "i have to ask for it, or else I get fired, my manager gets fired, and the store gets fined." I said.... you are ****ing kidding me.......right?!
he was serious. so...i showed him my ID, and bought my 13yr old brother a ****ton of killing games to play with my other lil brother/sisters.

Its all about how you train....scratch that, raise your kids. They grew up on a ranch, shooting guns. each one has a 22cal/paintball gun/slingshot and the eldest has a shotty. its the kids that dont understand that when you shot something...... it DIES. IMAGINE THIS CONCEPT?!

/rant.

exactly my point of the parents are to blame, maybe not 100%, but a lot of the reason why stuff happens. they dont teach there kids the right way and the consequences for there actions.

parents aren't nearly a big enough influence to even mention them. Kids learn much more from their culture than their parents. Kids are also people and will do what they want.

I think its a vast combo of things (along with nature AND nurture)

It's always been a rule. Posting in all caps because you're a retard who leaves his caps lock key is not allowed. Posting in all caps to represent "yelling" or emphasis intentionally is okay.
