I love how you always jump into every thread and run your mouth like a little punk when you have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with any of this and have ZERO knowledge or information about the topic at hand. i pick apart everyones grammar, even my own you ignoramus. i made fun of my own grammar in this very thread. oh, and while we are on the topic of ignorance: if having knowledge and experience in tuning is what is the criterion for posting in this thread then WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOING IN IT? i'm sure you have invested a great deal of time using all the tuning software on the market as part of a legitimate business like paul and, yes thats right, ed, both have.
look, i understand that you are like 17 and that life sucks, but one day you will grow and up and will gain the confidence you need to stop jumping around in other peoples conversations like a horny cocker spaniel looking for attention.
as far as whether or not i think ed is shady doesn't matter. he shouldn't care, i certainly don't nor do i harbor some kind of vast hatred of him... i've met the guy twice, whoopty ****. what i do find funny is that anyone who remotely questions the reasoning behind anything he does is instantly hounded by 10 people including ed himself in PM. i can pm you the nastygrams i have received from him before if you like. i'm sure you would love to see him since you seem even more up in his business than you accuse me of being.
redeem myself? why would i want to try to redeem myself? i don't give a **** about you so why am i supposed to care if some child on the internet thinks i'm a bad guy? happy trails in other threads i guess and enjoy puberty when you finally reach it.

So im sure if I went through the entire 9 pages I would find that someone said to answer his question.
There are a few tuners in this area that do open source. I think Ed at EQ has a good reputation maybe try there. Or google OPEN SOURCE TUNE SUBARU BAY AREA.
I think where this jumped off track is someone may have said hey if you are like stage 1.5 why not get an AP and get all the cool user goodies cause an open source tune is gonna be about as much if not within a few hundred dollars.
