Yep. It's getting so that homeowners out here can start doing that soon too A mortgage on $100,000 is like $600/mo. If that was my mortgage payment I could work at McDonalds and still live hot.

How the **** this happened in the last 3-7 years I could not tell you. I think it's Serrano's fault (the wannabe posh community filled with mostly overpriced trackhomes). I can't stand driving through even to go visit friends. At least my parents made a killing on their house that they bought years back before EDH was the circus it is now.

BTW: I seriously have no idea where all these fake rich people come from. Sure, anyone can get a mortgage on an overpriced trackhome in a gated community with a fancy name. Same goes for the mercedes in the parking lot. But what kind of jobs do these people seriously have that pull in anything more then modest money? Sacramento isn't an overly wealthy area.

As ive said before i work in the EDH raleys and i talk to everyone i can...believe me most come from the bay area cause they get a ton of money for their houses...and i havent seen the lambo yet but ive seen a couple ferraris, audis, stis, u name it they have it

My family is not rich but we live in EDH.... We slipped in here at a good time cuz now the house is worth double what they paid. I don't really care for EDH, some people are nice, but most people I have delt with are really snobby, but Folsom is like that too...I don't fit in at all here.
