Kragen on Florin & Southland can EAD!

Just went to Kragen to get a silverstar bulb. I walk in, go to the bulbs and attempt to take a single off the rack. However, the are ziptied on. I look around to see if anyone has acknowledged my presence in the store. I see one guy look at me. He yells at me from across the store, "They are zip tied on, you have to have someone cut it off for you!". I say ok and continue to wait for him to come over and cut the zip tie. He then helps a customer who just walks in the door instead of cutting my bulb off the rack. He yells at three other workers to assist me (they are just standing around shooting the ****). I stand there for 3 minutes and no one comes to help me, even though I make eye contact with each and every retarded lazy *** working there! I finally just walk out and sit outside kragen with my hand on the horn (supertones blaring) for a good minute then drive off. I don't expect Kragen to be the almighty savior of car parts, but they couldn't take a couple seconds from their jerk off lives to help out a customer?! Kragen on Floring and Southland Park gets a big thumbs down and a big Beech slap across the face!

A real man would've pulled out his knife & cut the ziptie himself.
Either that or urinate on the floor.

Yeah, I was pissed that I forgot my knife at home. The **** idea is good but taking a dump would've been better. Next time...

why'd you leave? I would have kept the horns going until someone came out. That or just ripped the bulb display down, dragged it to the front and gone "give me one"

oh, if you call and complain to the manager, you'll probably get a gift certificate, mist likely with enough money to buy the bulbs

Yeah, I mean, I wasn't going there for anything special, don't expect them to be helpful with info or anything like that in the first place. My problem was with the way they treat the customer. I wouldn't care if they were the biggest dumb ****s in the world, which they are. I just needed them to cut the damn ziptie for me so I could pay for my bulb and bounce. Like Paul mentioned, I should've had my knife, but after waiting so long I probably would've just jacked it if I got the ziptie off

it's been a while since i bought a silverstar bulb, but couldn't you have just ripped the backing card off of the peg?

I could have done a lot of things but when it came down to it, I don't think I could actually see myself stealing something. I could have just brought the bulb out of the package to the counter and tried paying for it. No worries though, I'm pretty much over it.

I think they are in one of those semi hard plastic packages with the thick edge so you cant rip the packaging, which is why I suggested bring the whole display to the front
