qalthought i am technicaly correct, all you really need to do to work your legs is walk or hike. when was the last time nature required you to dead lift 400lb? did it provide that convenient circular bar?
less to break. most people avoid leg work cause they are lazy. do a regiment as tough as your leg work on your arms, then go to work and type, or try to cook something... it blows. your legs, like your *****, are used to being beaten on.

your stuff is going to ship out today. I never tested the size of the first box and it was too small, but i found a heavy duty poster tube last night.
in other news, the holiday celebrating the shafting of the indians is being given the shaft by Christmas, as starbucks already has the Christmas cups in use
