Legs are by far the suckiest workout day ever created. Walking like frankenstein two days after the workout and then for a week suuuuck. I've gotten used to alot of the soreness, but once you get into the routine of things it doesn't seem as bad after maybe two weeks.

Legs are by far the suckiest workout day ever created. Walking like frankenstein two days after the workout and then for a week suuuuck. I've gotten used to alot of the soreness, but once you get into the routine of things it doesn't seem as bad after maybe two weeks.
